1st: congrats on 200th episode,
2nd: the project that you made in the nether worked for the same reason as
tthe iron foundry: the chunk that SENDS the items through the portal stays
loaded for 1min and apparently the other just for 1 tick, so if you had
something shooting an item in the portal every 45 seconds you keep the
chunk, and the entities loaded forever (iron foundry) so what you could do
to use some of the flowers from the iron foundry is hook them up to another
dispenser that shoot them to a portal on the chucnk that you want loaded. i
haven’t tested, but according to what i saw in this video and the iron
foundry’s one it should work

Well i’m only at 9:13 seconds, but you may have just reduced the iron
farm’s efficiency. you blocked some sky access for some of the doors.
perhaps you noticed later.
