the only thing that’s happening in the nether as well as the overworld is that structures (nether fortresses, witch huts) won’t be functioning as they previously did and will no longer spawn mobs in the proximity. Regular spawners will still function however

24:07 No, actually enchantments don’t cause the armor to take more damage. You get exactly the same amount of damage as it wasn’t enchanted. The only enchantment that can make a difference when it comes to armor is Unbreaking.
