Maybe hold the cows in a small house thing when you lure them then drop a tiny piece of lava onto them like docm77. It should kill them with fire if you use an RS NOR latch timer thingy.

I have a suggestion… Make a rail already so you can transport your items without going back and forth, only by just using minecart chests… and you just only go through the portal then place items to the chests the go back to the portal then get them again… you only send all the carts all at the same time… For me its faster ’cause you are going to make a rail for your transpo, you will just make another use of it… Just a suggestion :)
