Hmm.. how do you find that? Everywhere I see Silk Touch starts out around 13-14, increases quite a bit until 25 then keeps increasing in probability every level. Again, if you want to be time efficient, yes, enchanting at 22-27 is the best. But to have the greatest probability for a specific item the probability is the greatest at level 50. It’s only about 4% higher for 25+ levels, which isn’t a lot, but it’s still greater as far as I can tell.

Hi Xisuma, i use your tree farm design spacing saplings with two blocks of air and have no problems in getting them back after harvesting. The ratio leaves/saplings is much lower if you plant saplings every block. I guess if you plant every one block the saplings should be enough to have a self sustainable tree farm
