Ahh! Looks like they forgot to add Mycelium to the list of blocks that are removed when generating caves. That bug just makes sense now :P

Those animal pens look really nice the only problem i can see with them is small amout of lagg they make with splashing about, think you might get some nosie complaints from static hehe and i know what you mean it seems to flat need some sort of high to it maybe pillars in the corners with a halfslab roof over them which would act like a sun block and then on the pillars nearest the entrance you could place the switches. keep up the good work buddy,
