Aura Nodes never recharge on their own. They can draw vis from infused ore, crystal capacitors or other nearby nodes, which is most likely what happened at 19:00. But that will not generate new vis. Plus it will even drain from nodes in unloaded Chunks.
The only way to generate new vis are crystal clusters. Their only downside is, that they also produce flux which will get annoying when it reaches the “dangerous” level. As the node will reandomly damage or poison players in its area.
