if you combine 2 of the same enchantments that r the different level it will just take the bigger one. put together 2 of the same level enchants to upgrade it by 1
btw projectile prot sucks.

Well, sadly for you monkeyfarm, almost every minecraft-player that knows alot about enchanting sceams if they get fire prot on their armor because of the potion

Best protection armor– Chestplate- Throns, Unbreaking(Cause throns wear out your armor) Blast protection. Helmet- Water breathing, Aqua, Protection. Leggings- Fire protection, throns, Unbreaking. Shoes- Feather falling IV(Best for enderpearls), Projectile protection.

None of the protection enchantments will combine. So basically you can only have one type of protection i.e. fire protion only, or projectile protection only.
