Fun fact~ This level was made in homage to Nirvana and the shotgun in the beginning was, I guess you could say, the symbol of Kurt Cobain’s death (due to this level being created after Kurt died).

In harder difficulty levels there is a big spider demon in the big area with all that rocket launcher ammo were you only found 2 of the smaller spiders. That’s the reason for all that empty space and the extra health and ammo.
