In Doom there is never a situation where you’re just stuck. Rarely there are poison pits with no way out, but you die in them, so that’s not exactly “stuck”. When you think you’re trapped, just try to open all the walls around you. That would’ve saved you at 3:30; there are 2 openable walls on each side (I know because I played the level today :)

Sprint? I went for a much easier and more damaging approach. Shoot rocket at the wall directly in front of the box and jump backwards. xD
