I mean seriously, these guys should’ve atleast read the wiki before even
thinking about playing the game, not to speak about let’s play. There are A
LOT of huge mistakes they’ve made during the gameplay and it’s a wonder
they survived this long. First thing you do when you start the world is
look for Beefalo. You HAVE to find them in like 3 days, or else it’s gg’s.
You need to chop only Birchnut (if playing RoFG), unless you are well
prepaired to fight the treeguard. That means you have to have a marble
suit, and a sleeping or fire dart. You have to progress REALLY fast, and
not waste ANY time wandering around aimlessly. You should have your base
camp set at day 4 tops. Making the Ice box is CRUCIAL as that is the only
way to save food for the winter. Basic farms are not worth making, as there
are “improved farms” that produce crops way faster and are way better
overall. Making Alchemy engine early on in the game is vital for surviving
and advanced crafting and it’s important to get it really fast. Spider
glands are one of the more important items in the game, don’t throw them
away, they are one of the easiest way of healing your health when crafted
into healing salve. Wearing clothing, or hats makes your sanity go up.
There are a lot of mistakes that these guys made, and knowing all this can
help them realize that so thumbs up so they can see this :)
