You can halve the discharge if you make one of the two sides of the array have 1 block and 1 wire, and the other one 2 wires. The part where there is 2﻿ wires is where the strength does down by one, all the rest is just delay. It is also possible to eliminate the wire on the other side entirely, would be more bulky, but more redstone efficient.]]></description>
