meaning that people nearby will not upgrade as much as they could be if you
only have 3×3 and 4×4 buildings. Also, instead of bothering with an
industrial zone, you should switch over to 100% offices because offices
earn a lot more money, although a bit slower population increase, and also
have almost no traffic compared to the industrial zones. The industry is
what causes most traffic issues as all the trucks go around the city. The
offices also do not cause any pollution so once you are later on in game,
like you are now, offices seem to be the way to go. Another great video
though! I’ve been enjoying this series a lot since it started! :) Keep up
the good work.
