Increase your budget on all services. It will increase your income. I play
with all services up to 150% and get more than 20000 money a week with only
16000 population and get approximately 15% of my population riding public
transport. I also am able to get an income of that sort with the policies
that eat away at your income turned on. I ignore the taxing tab of the
policies. In the services tab, only pet bans and free public transport are
off, the rest are on. In the city planning tab, only highrise ban and heavy
traffic ban are turned off.

Interesting tidbit, the video had 209 views when I watched it.

ok so just to make this clear … offices are very good for residential
because they’re very very quiet … you should do the zoning like this if
you do not want the citizens to complain about noise :: residential –
offices – comercial and industrial in another area .
