Xisuma, I think the high amount of traffic in the new industry area
probably comes from the fact that you’ve run out of natural resources in
those areas beneath the industry. When they run out of materials in the
spot they’re in, they start importing from outside the city, which creates
a huge traffic flow. You should zone more industry above the resources that
are still there or convert the district into a normal industry district,
otherwise you’ll still get the high amount of traffic. That might also
explain why your income has fluctuated so much.
