Xisuma, I think the people mean with “not enough raw materials” the
materials in the ground like oil and stuff. On the side bar is a butoon
where you can look this up, where exactly they are and then you have to
build there a specialiesed industry.

You should also connect cargo trains to the commercial area. It will reduce
the traffic coming from the industrial areas.
You showed how you changed a small section to a highway at the end to
remove the traffic lights. There’s actually a mod to be able to change
between traffic lights or no traffic lights in any intersection, so you’re
not stuck with the three lanes.
