turn left (there’s a grass barrier in the way). They have to loop around
and approach from the other direction. Further, vehicles leaving the train
depot can’t turn left (there’s that grass barrier again), so they have to
loop around to access the exit ramp.

Changing to roads that don’t have a barrier between lanes should fix this.
