I believe you might have got your dam wrong, opposite way. Not sure about
that, optimally, the dam arch should face inward, analyzing via mechanical
physics also suggest this way and BTW, dam do not stop pollution from
flowing downstream. They just limit water flow and yes, it will flood your
incinerator so build it lower.
