I have tried to lower the speed of the minecart, but it didnt work :/

It is also called the ABM for 1.1 Not for snapshots, and snapshots will break things like this. Now im willing to help if you tell me what your struggling with. My first recommendation is to download the map, that usually helps people when they can see it in action :)
