I don’t know what to comment, so here’s a smoothie recipe I use.

2 CUPS BLUEBERRIES
2 CUPS STRAWBERRIES
4 TEASPOONS CANE SUGAR
1 CUP MILK OR APPLE JUICE
PUT IN BLENDER AND BLEND UNTIL NO CHUNKS OF FRUIT ARE LEFT.

IF YOUR SMOOTHIE IS TOO FRUIT TASTING FOR YOUR LIKING, ADD ONE SCOOP OF
YOUR CHOICE OF PROTEIN POWDER TO DECREASE FRUIT TASTE.

THIS SMOOTHIE WILL BE THICK, SO IT CAN BE ENJOYED WITH A SPOON OR A STRAW.
